RCI Exchange Tips…just three easy steps!

As a member of RCI, you can exchange your vacation week at “Peppertree Maggie Valley” for another destination. With RCI you can choose from over 3700 resorts located in 100 countries worldwide. Your exchange vacation can be for a date and location that is different from the vacation week you own. These helpful tips will help you secure the vacation that you desire.

Deposit early-depositing your week is free! You can deposit your week into the RCI system up to 2 years prior and as soon as 14 days before the start of your week. By depositing your week at least one year in advance you will maximize this portion of your trading power. To deposit your week contact RCI at 800-338-7777 and provide us with:

You will receive written acknowledgement from RCI within 14 days once your week has been deposited.

Request early-once you’ve deposited your week; it’s time to start planning your exchange vacation. Tell us your top destinations and we will do the rest. Consult the RCI Directory or visit the RCI Community online at www.rci.com where you can read travel journals and reviews written by fellow members about many exciting destination options. Confirm your vacation choice-and away you go! An RCI Guide may be able to confirm your resort choice as soon as you request it. If the vacation you want is not available, ask your Guide to begin an ongoing search. Once we are able to match your request, you will be notified that your exchange is confirmed.
